VSI is a BOSCH Security Service/Repair Depot for all CCTV products. 

Our repair technicians will identify and resolve your repair issues correctly and promptly.  If your unit is within the manufacturer’s warranty period your unit will be repaired and returned.  Return freight is at client’s expense. If it is out of the warranty period we will supply a quotation for your approval prior to proceeding with repairs.
